What some of you may not think about is all the stuff that goes behind the scenes when a Vimeo video is being made. It's a lot more than simply grabbing a camera and saying what's on your mind although that can work sometimes.

Most of the time multiple cameras are used, tripods and special lighting are important and even how you record the audio source can make a huge difference as to the sound and what people hear in your final video.

With all that said I am always looking for a new way to help me out with the quality of my video recording and production. How can I make things look better or more interesting, how can I improve the sound quality and clarity of my videos?

Well today I show you two new products I picked up that I feel will help me out in these areas. First in the audio department I show you my new Wireless Headset/Lapel Mic system from a company called FiFine Technology. They actually sent me their FiFine Wireless Headset and Lapel Mic for free so thanks a lot for that! My plan is to use the FiFine Wireless Headset and Lapel Mic to record the audio portion of my videos rather than the built in mic in my camera since I will get less room noise and better direct voice audio recording. I think it will also be useful when doing outside shooting videos to get super clear audio with less outside noise at all times. For this testing I simply connected the FiFine Wireless Headset and Lapel Mic to my Samsung Android phone using a USB adaptor, the same can be done suing an iPhone.

Moving on now to a new video product, I have been wanting to get a Drone to capture more interesting video that I can shoot from multiple viewing angles and also be able to have a moving camera while I shoot outdoors videos. The problem is they can be kind of expensive for anything decent, because of this, so far I have not been able to justify bitting the  bullet and buying a drone. That was until I saw a great deal on the Yuneec Breeze 4k Selfie Drone at my local Best buy for half price ($249 CAN) What a deal!

Anyways, watch me fumble around while I try to figure things out with my Yuneec Breeze 4k Selfie Drone for the first time, there is always a learning curve when you get something new but I do hope to be able to utilize both of these new products in upcoming videos for everyone.

Next up in this weeks news is... Can you believe it, after two years I now have my hands on a Gletcher M1944 Mosin Nagant, not the short stock and short barreled M1891 Sawn Off Version but the full size rifle version complete with working metal bayonet :) I love it when I first saw it at SHOT Show over two years ago and still love it today. I expect it to shoot similarly to the M1891 Sawn Off M1891 Version I already reviewed a few times but with perhaps more power and a bit better accuracy?

Some other very cool news, we are now selling KWA Airsoft Guns, I have been a big fan of KWA for a long time and enjoy visiting their booth at SHOT Show, they have excellent high quality detailed Airsoft guns and carry a great combination of Blowback and AEG Airsoft Guns. I've already made a Table Top Video Review for the Pocket Shot Slingshot so make sure to check that video review out for details on the product and some nice closeup video.

I have been wanting to get outside and test out the Pocket Shot Slingshot since I was not confident in my skills and didn't want to shoot inside the See Can Indoor Shooting Range. Well today was the day and the weather was pretty much perfect, just a little bit overcast but still warm enough for some shorts and a light shirt, my kind of weather!

The overcast lighting helped me get some good Chronograph FPS readings for the 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch Steel Ball ammo I was using for my testing. The 1/4 inch Steel Ball was around 16 grain and I was able to get an FPS reading of around 270 feet per second, this gave me a foot pound energy of 2.66 foot pounds using the 1/4 inch Steel Ammo.

Stepping up to the heavier 3/8 inch Steel Ball Ammo, the FPS did drop a bit down to about 244 feet per second. Since the 3/8 inch Steel Ball are heavier at almost 55 grain, the Foot Pound energy went up to just over 7 foot pounds so more than double the energy of the 1/4 inch Steel Ball.

In terms of accuracy, shooting any Slingshot setup is going to come down mainly to the person using it and I am by no means an avid Slingshot user. That said I was able to hit several of the targets I setup about 20-25 feet away with my Pocket Shot Slingshot, some as small as a few inches in diameter so I was pleased with myself for at least hitting something on camera for you all :)

The product I am reviewing today are there 1/3 scale replica rifles from Goat Guns. The M4A1, the AK47 and the Tommy Gun. They are non-firing highly detailed mini versions of the real steel guns they are models of. You even build them nearly the same since they come in a kit. All the metal parts you would find on the real steel version are metal in the Goat Guns replicas. You will even find working bolts and triggers, removable magazines, adjustable sights and they even include three small metals bullets you can load into the magazine.

I made a similar video about how to hold your airgun a while back but sometimes they get a bit buried in all the video I make. I feel it's really important how you grip your gun even if it's only an airgun with very little kick or recoil. Proper pistol grip is something you should use no matter what so that you can carry it forward to what ever gun you are shooting.

More kick or recoil means a firmer grip is required to hold the gun so when shooting a powder burner with lots of kick grip becomes even more important.

In this video I go over the proper two handed grip to use when holding a pistol, which hand to hold lose and which had to grip tight, how to overlap your fingers and thumbs.

This is not a BB Gun Review or an Airsoft Gun review or a Pellet Gun review or a Blank Gun review or even an Accessory review? Heck it's not even a Nerf Gun review and I have even done that on this channel :)

What we have here is my first ever Sling Shot based review and even that is not the best description for the Pocket Shot but it's about as close as I can get and really the only product I can compare to the Pocket Shot is a Slingshot. Spoiler alert I think the Pocket Shot kicks but on most traditional Slingshot designs.

I did want to thank the team over at Pocket Shot for supplying me with their Pocket Shot and Pocket Hammer Grip for review, hopefully we can even bring this updated Slingshot design to our Replica Airguns Online Store.

What makes the Pocket Shot different than a standard Slingshot. Mainly the Pocket Shot utilizes a rubber stretchy cup or pouch rather than standard rubber tubes used on Slingshots. The benefit to the Power Shot design is that it is way more compact and much easier and quicker to load since you simply drop your ammo into the cup, pull back and release. So no having to place your ammo into a small pouch with each shot. The Pocket Shot is also more powerful than most Slingshots on the market, you can expect to get up to 350 fps using a Pocket Shot as compared to apron 200 fps from a Slingshot.

Pocket Shot also sent me out there Pocket Hammer Handle that allows the regular Pocket Shot to convert into a more traditional Slingshot grip system. This setup adds a little bit more bulk to the Pocket Shot but allows for a much easier draw.

So it begins, I have been to this years SHOT Show in Las Vegas and checked out the new products from Umarex, Crosman, Sig Sauer and ASG. I have taken video and Interviewed the main Airgun companies. Now it's time to report back to everyone what I saw and learned. To start with here is a Teaser Video with some scenes from Vegas, inside SHOT Show and of course some of the highlight products from each airgun company.

I don't get many Gas Blowback Airsoft Rifles to review all that often so when I get my hands on them I sure have a great time testing them out and feeling the blowback action tapping me in the shoulder as I shoot in semi or full auto modes. Sure Gas Blowback Airsoft Guns don't perform like their AEG counterparts, especially when you're shooting in full auto. You can expect way less rounds in each magazine and even with less rounds the last 5 or 10 shots when shooting rapid fire are going to be compromised but I really don't care because a well made Gas Blowback Airsoft rifle like the KJWorks M4 CQB Carbine GBB is just so much more fun to shoot than an AEG and way more realistic.

So let's get on with my test results for the KJWorks M4 CQB Carbine GBB Airsoft Rifle... The fps consistency was really decent, super consistent when I spaced out my 5 test shots they averaged 377 fps, not really having any low or high fps shots out of the bunch. I did have a full gassed up mag and was using .20 gram plastic 6mm Airsoft BB's for this part of the field test.

Again shooting in semi auto mode, I placed 10 rounds into my paper target setup downrange 30 feet and as per usual I was using a rested shooting setup sitting on a stool and resting the KJWorks M4 CQB Carbine GBB Airsoft Rifle on a sandbag up front. 9 out of the 10 rounds all grouped in about a 3/4 inch group with only 1 round coming outside a bit stretching the 10 shot grouping out to about 1.5 inches. Still really great for a Gas Blowback or any Airsoft rifle for that matter!

Next I shot the rest of the mag in full auto burst mode which was about 20 rounds left in the KJWorks M4 CQB Carbine GBB Airsoft Rifle at this point. As expected the KJWorks M4 CQB Carbine GBB Airsoft Rifle cooled down pretty quick and the last 5 rounds did fire just fine but there was a noticeable drop in power making the rounds shoot low on the target. Keep in mind I was shooting in a not too warm environment, about 15 degrees which is not bad but also not that warm.

I would have liked to have seen the KJWorks M4 CQB Carbine GBB Airsoft Rifle perform as consistently in full auto mode as it did in semi auto but that would have been asking  a bit too much from a Gas Blowback Airsoft rifle. The KJWorks M4 CQB Carbine GBB Airsoft Rifle is a really well put together Airsoft Rifle that didn't let me down in the end.

First off make sure to checkout my Table top review for the G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS GBB Airsoft Pistol, it really is a nice Beretta Airsoft copy, perhaps one of the best out there!

In the Field Test Shooting Video I perform my standard Chronograph and accuracy tests on the G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS GBB Airsoft Pistol. I put 5 rounds through my Chrony Chronograph using .20 gram plastic Airsoft BB's with a full propane filled magazine. My Sea Can indoor airgun range was warmed up sufficiently for a gas gun test but I found the G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS GBB Airsoft Pistol did shoot a tad bit slower than the 330 or so claimed fps coming in closer to 300fps. Still totally usable for indoor airgun wars.

Moving onto my accuracy test I placed 10 shots on target 30 feet down range using a rested shooting position, sitting in the back and sand bag up front. This time I was impressed with how tight a group I got, I was able to get the bulk of the shots all within about three quarters of an inch with only two shots hitting just a little outside of this. I did notice the G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS GBB Airsoft Pistol was shooting a bit low for me but that can be easily corrected by adjusting the the internal hop-up to raise the shot placement up as required.

The G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS GBB Airsoft Pistol has a somewhat relaxed blowback but has plenty to give some recoil feel. You will get at least a full 27 round magazines worth of shots from each gas fill, perhaps even two if you stretch out your shooting a bit.

Trigger Pull: The trigger pull on the G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS GBB Airsoft Pistol is very good in both single and double action. Double action is a bit longer but not that much heavier when shooting in single action. Single action shooting is short, light and crisp as you would expect when shooting a real steel Beretta 92 style pistol.

Accuracy: I have not done my actual Field Test Shooting video review for the G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS GBB Airsoft Pistol but I did get the chance to shot it quickly in my Sea Can indoor shooting range. Blowback felt good and accuracy seemed tight even though I was shooting free hand. I did notice the G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS GBB Airsoft Pistol shot just a little bit low but I can adjust the hop-up slightly to account for it.

Build Quality: Like pretty much all G&G Airsoft guns, the G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS GBB Airsoft Pistol build quality is right inline. Fit and finish where excellent and a lot of attention to detail was seen all over this Replica Airsoft Pistol. There is also some new gas valve technology from G&G that should significantly help with freezing in colder or fast shooting situations.

Realism: The G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS GBB Airsoft Pistol is an excellent replica of the real steel Beretta Mod. 92FS, the safety even acts as a working decocker. You'll also find 5, 10, and 15 numbered markings on the backside of the magazine that would normally indicate how many bullets are in the magazine, a nice touch for sure! Everything works pretty much the same as it would on a real Beretta M9 including the ability to fully field strip the G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS GBB Airsoft Pistol.

Comments:

I would have to say the G&G GPM92 is one of the nicest Beretta Model 92FS Airsoft Pistols you are going to find out there. There is a ton of attention to detail for sure, You also get the hard shell case with included high quality speed loader and G&G's new Advanced Safety Release Valve and Revolutionary Whirl Cylinder Valve that help with freeze-up issues. You might pay just a smidgen more that some other similar Blowback Beretta M92's out there but I feel it is well worth it.

I just received some really nice G& G Airsoft guns to share with everyone, I have two CQB Styled AEG rifles and a fantastic Gas Blowback Beretta Mod. 92FS.

The AEG CQB AR or M4 styled rifles are similar in a lot of ways and are super compact and really well built. The G&G ARP-9 has a polymer receiver and hand guard while the G&G ARP-556 has a full metal receiver and hand guard. Both have good weight to them. You will also find Skeletonized PDW stocks and large crown flash hiders on both models along with M-LOK hand guards. Inside you will find upgraded ETU and MOSFET electronics.

Obvious difference are the 9mm style magazine found on the G&G ARP-9 versus the M4 styled high capacity magazine on the G&G ARP-556. You also get an ambidextrous safety sector switch on the G&G ARP-556.

Next I show off the G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS Gas Blowback Airsoft Pistol. It comes in a high quality hard plastic case with a well made speed loader. If you place the magazine in the gun you will have room for two magazine in the hard shell case. The G&G GPM92 hold 27 roads in it's double stack magazine that has some interesting new features that help it perform much beet in cold environments and really boost green gas usage. G& G calls them the Whirl Cylinder Valve system and Micro gas filter. Both help eliminate free up in the gun when shooting fast.

The G&G GPM92 Beretta Mod. 92FS is really well made and shoot in double and single action and the safety even works as a decocker. For those looking to add a mock suppressor you will happy to know the G&G GPM92 has a threaded barrel tip.

In this comparison video I look at a variety of different Sig Sauer P226 Airguns and compare them to each other to determine which one I feel is the best Sig Sauer styled Airgun. Of course my choice may not be your choice :) 

Some of the airguns I consider in this comparison video are the: Umarex HPP BB Pistol, the Sig Sauer P226 Pellet Pistol, the Cybergun/KWC X-Five BB Pistols in Standard and Sight Rail versions, the Cybergun KJWorks KP01 P226 Airsoft Pistol, and the KJWorks KP02 P229 Airsoft Pistol.

I was away in Whistler BC for the last few days with my friend Steve doing some mountain biking before the weather turns cold. We stayed pretty close to the village but found some great single-track trails with a nice variety of terrain to get a great workout in and have a lot of fun riding.

I captured a few moments with my Samsung Gear 360 Video Camera to share my mountain biking experience with everyone. I did bail once pretty good but fortunately I was not wearing my Samsung Gear 360 at the time or it could have been damaged pretty good!

Trigger Pull: The trigger on the Nerf Rival Zeus MXV-1200 is a little long and requires a firm trigger finger but it is not overly heavy. When you press the trigger it allows a Nerf High-impact round ball to advance into the motorized spinning flywheel area where the ball is accelerated and shot out of the inline barrel .

Accuracy: Keep in mind the Nerf Rival Zeus MXV-1200 is designed as a fun in home battle gun so long range accuracy is not really that important. At up to 30 feet or so you shoudl have no problem hitting a person sized target. The Nerf High-impact round balls do come out the the barrel with a fair amount of spin so some random hooking can happen, usually the spin is more of a backspin that helps keep the ammo targeting in a more linear trajectory.

Build Quality: The Nerf Rival Zeus MXV-1200 like most Nerf guns is built to take a fair bit of a beating since the target audience has mainly been kids and we know they are rarely careful with anything ;) The Nerf Rival Zeus MXV-1200 is mainly plastic but as I mentioned it is high quality and so far has held up well to usage. Fit is good with all interchangeable parts working well and the finish has stayed pretty much pristine!

Realism: Nerf guns are not made to be too realistic since they are meant to be toys and not look too closely like a real gun, hence the brightly colored plastic and more futuristic design. I do like the addition of Picatinny styled rails in several locations where one can add accessories like magazine clips, red dots or even a tactical light or laser sight.

Pros:

• Not as extreme as a Paintball gun but a little more intense than a standard Nerf gun.

• Good build quality overall.

• Easy to quickly swap out a fresh 12 rode tube magazine.

• Flip up sights

• Picatinny raise for adding accessories.

• Decent power and accuracy for a Nerf style gun.

• Semit auto action for fast follow up shots.

Cons:

• Will use up batteries pretty quickly.

• Flywheel will slow down when shooting close together semi auto shots.

• Loading magazines does take some getting use to.

The Nerf Rival Zeus MXV-1200 is a great option for pretty much anyone looking for a fun battle gun you can use indoors in your home with no worries about breaking windows or messing up your house. not to mention leaving west all over your body! The Nerf Rival Zeus MXV-1200 is going to be a bit more extreme than a standard Nerf gun for sure but way more toned down compares to a paintball gun or even an airsoft gun so if you want some good old rainy day indoor fun then checkout the Nerf Rival line of Nerf guns.

Another Airgun Shipping Container (Sea Can) Shooting video and for this indoor filed test I put the KWC - Cybergun M45A1 1911 CO2 Blowback Airsoft Pistol through its paces.

What I am super happy about is that my Chrony Chronograph seems to be working really well as I tested a pellet, steel BB and Airsoft pistol out today and every single round through my Chrony got a reading :)

Now back to the Field Test Shooting Review at hand... I started off by placing 5 shots through my Chrony Chronograph using a brand new CO2 with .20 gram Airsoft BB's and got a really consistent reading for all 5 shots with an average of 357. The lowest shot was 353 and the fastest shot was 364 so all shots where really close in velocity. The container temperature was a near perfect shooting temperature of 23 degrees Celsius which was ideal for optimal CO2 velocity testing.

During my accuracy portion of this Field Shooting Test. I used my new seated in the back and sand bag rested up front shooting position which is about 30 feet back from my paper target. I did notice during my Chrony testing that the Cybergun KWC Colt 1911 Rail Gun M45 A1 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol liked to shoot a bit high, perhaps the hop-up needs a bit of twerking? So for my accuracy testing I shot at the bottom ring of the target, this helped me get more shots on the paper for sure but the Airsoft BB's still moved around a bit vertically. I was able to get about a 4-5 inch 10 shot grouping which is totally acceptable for a close range Airsoft sidearm and in an Airsoft battle I would think even shooting at about 50 feet or so I could easily hit a persons mid section consistently.

The Cybergun KWC Colt 1911 Rail Gun M45 A1 CO2 Blowback BB Pistol has a ton of blowback kick to it and a super nice single action trigger like all the KWC 1911's The modern Tactical coloration and trimmings makes this pistol a great choice as a present day side arm. It's real looker for sure with performance to match!

And finally my last Vimeo video from SHOT Show 2017 in Las Vegas! Sorry there is no Interview this time with KWA but I did talk a lot with the KWA folks over at SHOT Show this year and I even got to test out their Laser Targeting System designed to be used with several specifi KWA guns by laser-ammo.com.

Unfortunately we don't carry the KWA brand in the replica Airguns store, a few models sneak in when being distriubted by another company like ASG in the case of the ASG MP9. I would love to carry KWA Airsoft Products in the future since they really do make very high quality Airsoft guns.

KWA has a great selection of Airsoft pistols and rifles in both Gas Blowback and AEG formats. The quality reminds me of the KJWors Airsoft guns we sell in the Replica Airguns Canada Store, you can really feel the quality when you pick them up and hold them for yourself.

One of the most common types of question I get on my Replica Airguns YouTube channel has to be something like… Why is my Airgun not working? Most of the time the amount of info about the problem is limited to something like… “It was working yesterday but now it’s not working anymore” or something like “when I pull the trigger nothing happens”. My personal favorite is… “I took my gun apart and now it doesn’t work!”

I just made a similar video for Blank Guns and as I said in that video, trying to trouble shoot a mechanical or technical problem over the internet is very difficult, this goes for cars, guns, computers or what have you…

In this Why is My CO2 Airgun Not Working video I will however cover some of the more common and obvious problems I have seen relating to why a CO2 Airgun may not be working properly. I really don’t get a lot of questions about Spring Piston or Pump Airguns so I will be focusing on CO2 Airguns in this video. There will be a lot of crossover with CO2 Airsoft guns so this video may be helpful for some of you Airsofters out there

First let’s get the super obvious stuff out of the way! 

• Did you put a new CO2 cartridge in it and is it pierced all the way?

• Did you load BB’s or Pellets into the Airguns magazine and is the magazine in the gun correctly?

• Is the safety off?

• If the gun is a blowback semi auto single action Airgun then did you pull the slide back prior to the first shot?

CO2 Related Problems:

Not all CO2 cartridges are created equal, they often have slightly different shaped nubs on them and some brands will work better than others in different Airguns. If the shape of the CO2 nub does not fit properly into the valve area then it may not pierce or it could pierce but then not allow you to tighten it all the way losing all the CO2 in the process. If the CO2 is coming form the airguns handle to CO2 Valve area then this is an indication that your problem is related to the area where the CO2 enters the airgun.

There is a seal where the CO2 cartridge buts up to the valve, this seal can be damaged or even deformed from usage or even leaving your CO2 in the gun for too long. The outside CO2 Valve seal can also take the shape of a specific CO2 nub so when you use a different brand CO2 the seal may not properly make concat with the new CO2 type you are using, again causing leaking or even the total loss of all your CO2. CO2 Valve Related Problems:

Again, make sure that Outside CO2 Valve Seal is in good condition and any leaking is not being caused by this problem, if you have checked the Out Side Seal and everything is OK with it then perhaps there is a problem with the CO2 valve?

One indication that your CO2 Valve might be the culprit is the total loss of all your CO2 when you try to insert and tighten a new CO2 Cartridge. Usually all the CO2 will exit the barrel, not the handle or valve area. What may be happening is the valve is stuck open or the internal seal is broken or deformed. If this is the case you will have to remove the valve and have a look inside, this is a lot easier on CO2 airguns that have the CO2 valve in the magazine, if the CO2 valve is in the actual Airguns then a lot more disassembly may be required and I would recommend an Airgun technician take care of this for you.

If the gavel is in the magazine then you will have to unscrew it, you may require a special tool for this? Once the valve is out of the magazine  take a look inside and examine the internal seal, also look for any bits of metal shavings as they can disrupt the action of the valve causing leaking. Give the inside of the valve a good clean and then lubricate it with some silence spray. hopefully that fixes your problem!

BB’s getting Stuck in the Blowback Gas Tube:

I have actually made a dedicated video for this problem so I will put a link to it in the description of this video. The main reason people may have this problem is because we all like to rack that slide on our full blowback Airguns, but if you have a fully loaded magazine then each time you reach that slide without shooting the gun, you are inadvertently trying to load another BB into the breach area, the breach is only designed to hold one BB at a time so after a few racks of the slide the newly loaded have no place to go but into the Gas Tube where they can get stuck and cause having to the operation of your Full Blowback CO2 Airgun.

BB’s Rolling Out of the Barrel of Your CO2 Airgun:

This is not actually a fault of the gun but happens because of the way the gun is designed. This situation can happen with certain CO2 Airguns when the gun user pulls the trigger really slowly while the gun is point slightly in a downward position. What is actually happening is the first part of the trigger is made to draw a BB from the magazine into the breach of the gun. If the barrel of the gun does not have a rubber hop-up stopper in it then the BB is free to roll down the barrel and out of the gun. How do you fix this problem? Be more committed to your trigger pull and or shoot at a target that is not so low. Perhaps place your targets slightly higher than the gun so the barrel is not pointing down, especially if you like to take your time with the trigger :)

A Little Maintenance Can Go a Long Way!

Sometimes a good cleans is all you need to do to get things working as they should, again I have already made video Tutorial Showing “How to Clean Airguns and Blank Guns”.

What about stuff like My Airgun is jammed or my trigger is stuck or some random part fell out of my gun?

There is only so much I can cover in this video, most other problems are going to get a bit more complicated to fix and I suggest if your Airgun is not working and the suggestions I have made in this video do not solve your problem, then consider taking your gun into a gun tech.

Power Sources Covered in this review: CO2 - Green Gas / Propane - Spring - AEG / AEP (Automatic Electric Gun - Airsoft Electric Pistol)

Pro’s:

• CO2 Airsoft Guns allow for fast repeat shooting, great for action shooters, generally CO2 Airsoft Guns will have a little more power then Green Gas Airsoft Guns. There is no need to pump or cock your CO2 powered Airsoft gun in-between shots and a CO2 power source can allow for a very realistic action of the gun you are shooting. 

• Green Gas (Propane) Airsoft Guns operate much the same as CO2 Airsoft guns so they all make for great action shooters and the Green Gas powers the mechanical operation allowing for very realistic operation. Green Gas (Propane) Airsoft Guns can cost a little bit less to operate that a CO2 Airsoft Gun especially if you plan to use Propane as it can be cheaper to buy than the smaller 12 gram CO2 Cartridges.

• Spring Airsoft Guns are generally fairly basic and low cost so they are the usually the most affordable Airsoft guns to buy. There is no need to buy CO2 or Green Gas or even a Battery and Charger Setup so the cost to shoot Spring Airsoft Guns is only going to be subject to the Airsoft BB’s you plan on buying.

• AEG (Automatic Electric Guns) have the most consistent power as they use a spring internally that the electric motor draws back before each shot, the internal spring will essentially apply the same force to the Airsoft BB’s with each shot. AEG (Automatic Electric Guns) are a great option when you are wanting a Full Auto Airsoft gun since there is no cool down effect and as long as your batteries are charged and you have Airsoft BB’s in your magazine, the gun will simply keep shooting. AEG (Automatic Electric Guns) allow for the highest capacity magazines and often hold as many as 500 Airsoft BB’s in a single magazine. So if you’re looking for raw firepower an AEG or AEP Airsoft Gun is your best option. Once you have purchased your AEG (Automatic Electric Gun) and a battery and charger setup, they are fairly inexpensive to operate since no CO2 or Green Gas is required.

Con’s:

• CO2 Airsoft Guns require the additional cost to buy the CO2 cartridges as they will not function without it. CO2 Airsoft Guns have a limited power output and lose power as you shoot and use up the CO2. CO2 Airsoft Guns are effected by hot and cold temperatures and will have less power in colder temperatures and may not even work in super cold environments. CO2 Airsoft Guns will have a more conservative ammunition capacity since too high of a capacity magazine would freeze up the magazine and even the gun.  

• Again since Green Gas (Propane) Airsoft Guns work much like CO2 Airsoft Guns, they are effected by cool down and lose power when shoot quickly or as the Green Gas or Propane runs low. Green Gas does not expand as much as CO2 so it will not be as powerful and even less effective in colder temperatures. Green Gas Airsoft Guns will have a more conservative ammunition capacity since too high of a capacity magazine would freeze up.

• Spring Airsoft Guns are not the best action shooters since you need to manually operate the slide to pullback the spring prior to each shot, this does work well with Pump, Lever and Bolt Action Airsoft guns but is not the best option for pistols since most real steel pistols operate in semi auto mode.

• If you plan to use your AEG (Automatic Electric Gun) in a battle then it will require a multi battery setup which does cost a bit more upfront. AEG (Automatic Electric Guns) are know to not operate as realistically as a CO2 or Green Gas Airsoft gun since CO2 and Green Gas Guns do allow for the same realistic mechanical operation which can give very believable blowback operation, this is hard to replica with an AEG Airsoft Gun.
