All of these CO2 blowback pellet guns are made for each company in Japan (I am assuming from the same factory?)
All of the listed Pellet Airguns shoot .177 caliber pellets (Can be Alloy or Lead)
They all have double sided rotary stick magazines that hold 8 rounds on each end for a total of 16 shots per magazine.
All of the Airguns use 12 gram CO2.
All compared pellet guns have Blowback operation.
All of these pellet pistols have single and double action triggers except for the Gamo MP9 which is single action only and needs to be charged on the first shot.
They all have rifled barrels.

I have a rare EKOL LADY blank gun for you today listed as a silent auction item, this blank gun is a front venting model so the barrel is semi-plugged but all the flames and smoke vent out the front of the barrel like a traditional gun.
This EKOL LADY 9mm P.A.K. Blank Pistol in Satin is previously owned, it has been fired but is in very good condition. It comes in a hard shell foam lined plastic case.

I also have a couple more blank guns that I will be conducting a Silent Auction on shortly: An EKOL Lady in Satin and an EKOL Special 99 in "White", which is more like a soft textured Nickel.
Lastly I also just picked up my first paintball pistol a RAM X50 and it is one I have been after for a while since I am a big Sig fan. It' basically an unlicensed Sig Sauer 226 that uses CO2 and chambers .43 caliber paintball and/or rubber balls. It is blowback and has a drop out 9 round metal magazine.
Ammunition Capacity: 16 shot drop out double sided magazine.
FPS: 450 (with Gamo's PBA® Platinum Pellets.)
Trigger Pull: The trigger pull with both the Gamo P-25 and PT-85 is not too bad at all, it is fairly long as the first stage of the pull actually rotates the rotary magazine to advance each pellet into place, so there is a noticeable slight resistance and click. Once you get past that first stage the trigger actually gets even lighter which can be a bit of a surprise at first! Most shots will happen in single action as the blowback pre-cocks the slide for consecutive shots. If the hammer is not back then you can shoot in double action mode but there will be a heavier trigger pull as the hammer will be cocked using the trigger.
Accuracy: Very respectable for Both Gamo pellet shooters, I shot 1-2 inch 8 shot groupings from 20 feet out in a semi-rested position with open sights, the PT-85 seemed to get the tighter grouping this time but only by a slight bit. I also shot freehand in double action, shooting quickly and was also able to keep both the P-25 and PT-85 well centered and on target. FPS performance for Both Gamo pellet airguns was well under the claimed 450 fps but this was expected as this claim was made using lightweight Gamo's PBA® Platinum Pellets and I used much heavier 7 grain RWS lead pellets for my testing. My 8 shot Chronograph test yielded an average of 354 fps for the Gamo PT-85 and 363 fps for the Gamo P-25. Both Gamo Blowback pistols got 3 good magazines and then 1 questionable magazine before the CO2 was all used up so don't expect to get a lot of shots per CO2 from each airgun.
Realism: The Gamo P-25 and PT-85 look like guns and function like guns but are not replica's of any one particular licensed gun. So in terms of being realistic, yes they are very realistic as far as what defines the look and feel of a gun but no they are not good replicas as they are not intended to be a replica.
Both of these Gamo guns are very well made and are a joy to shoot, my first impression was that they are a lot of gun for the money and I mean that a couple of ways. They are much larger than I expected and also the quality was surprising compared to the low cost. These two Gamo blowback pellet shooters and the Umarex PX4 Storm share many commonalities and the question about which one is the best comes up often, I would say neither gun is better than the other, you will just have to decide what key points from each gun you like best? I can say that the Gamo P-25 and PT-85 are well worth their price tag and I have no question these guns will last you a long time and give you many hours of shooting enjoyment.
My Vimeo Table Top & Shooting Review for the Gamo P-25 & PT-85 Blowback CO2 Pellet Pistols:
It's always good to start the week off with an update video so everyone knows what's happening short-term and long-term...
I recently acquired a couple new items that I will be reviewing in the near future (along with several other reviews that I will be trying to get to ASAP!) First off is the Crosman M4-177 which is basically a multi-pump pellet and BB shooting replica of an AR or M4 styled carbine used by the US military. The Crosman M4-177 is mostly plastic on the outside but on first inspection seems to be built fairly well. It has removable metal sights and the magazine is also detachable but is not used as a magazine but rather a compartment for storage. The unit I have is the Canadian detuned version which shoots .177 caliber lead pellets and 4.5mm steel BB's at under 500 fps.
I also received my first old west blank shooting revolver (M1873), I have wanted one of these for a while and finally got my hands on one :) Unfortunately this one has a plugged barrel so it vents out of the cylinder area which may get a bit messy. I may see about making this one a front venting gun if possible and of course as long as it's within the law as I plan to make sure the cylinder stays semi plugged so no actual rounds could ever be shot out of it. The Old West M1873 Blank Revolver holds six .380 crimped blanks and is an all metal and wood construction. This should be a fun review!
I also touch upon a few other guns on the list of items I need to review and by the way in an attempt to get caught up I will be doing my Table Top and Shooting reviews combined.

Here is a bit of a heads up for some future reviews and YouTube videos. I have had a lot of requests to review the Gamo PT-85 and Gamo P-25 so I went ahead and picked up one of each. Now I do not currently sell these blowback air pistols in the Replica Airguns Canada Store but I do have them available in our US Replica Airguns Store.
I also took in an EKOL Lady in Chrome finish from a customer of mine looking to purchase another item in the Replica Airguns Store. Since I don't have this model it will get added to my personal collection of replica guns :) Either way we all benefit because now I have a new blank gun I can review for you all!
