This is a Turkish blank gun made by EKOL (Voltran). It looks amazingly like the Beretta 92 FS but does not carry any Beretta markings. The "Jackal Dual" version is capable of semi and full auto making it a very enjoyable gun to shoot. It's a very hefty blank gun with a nice gloss black finish that vents out of the front of the barrel.
