This is a Turkish blank gun made by EKOL (Voltran). The Volga is very small and resembles other small .25 automatic pistols like the Tanfoglio GT27. It has a 5 round single stack magazine and shoots in semi auto only. This blank shooter has a nice two-tone appearance with its Fume coating and vents out of the front of the barrel.
